Terms of Use
These Terms govern Airguide. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Service and eligibility
Airguide lets users create, translate, publish and share digital accommodation guides. You must be at least 18 and able to contract. Airguide is not part of bookings or relationships among hosts, guests and booking platforms.
2. Account
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and report unauthorized use. You are responsible for account activity. We may restrict or suspend accounts for risk, fraud or breach.
3. Content and license
You retain your rights and grant Airguide a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, process, translate, display and make content available solely to operate and improve the service. You confirm you have all required rights and permissions.
4. Prohibited content
Do not publish unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, infringing or malicious content, or personal data without a lawful basis. Do not include access credentials beyond what is necessary, and understand the risk of sharing them in a link-accessible guide.
5. Acceptable use
You may not bypass limits, access accounts or systems without permission, interfere with security, distribute malware, mass-extract data, resell without authorization, or use the platform to violate laws or third-party rights.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Displayed free allowances and limits are part of these Terms. Extra subscriptions are charged in advance by Stripe for the selected period and renew automatically until canceled. Price, currency, taxes and frequency appear before purchase. Price changes apply only to future cycles after required notice.
7. Cancellation and withdrawal
Cancel renewal through the billing portal; paid access lasts through the paid period unless law requires otherwise. Consumers retain mandatory withdrawal rights, including the Brazilian 7-day right where applicable, by emailing hello@airguide.digital. Other refunds are assessed under law and the offer.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability, but maintenance, provider failures and external events may interrupt service. We may change features and limits with reasonable notice when a change materially affects contracted use.
9. Third parties and AI
Firebase, Google, Stripe, Airbnb and other names belong to their owners. Automated imports and translations may be wrong; review critical access, safety and emergency details before publishing. We do not guarantee third-party availability or accuracy.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Airguide is not liable for bookings, host or guest conduct, user content, reliance on unreviewed translations or third-party downtime. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that law does not permit us to limit.
11. Termination
You may delete the account in settings after canceling an active subscription. We may end access for material breach, with a reasonable opportunity to cure where appropriate. Provisions intended by nature to survive remain effective.
12. Law and contact
Brazilian law applies without displacing mandatory consumer law where you live. The legally competent venue applies, including a consumer's home venue when required. Questions, notices and requests: hello@airguide.digital.
