Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Your guide opens in any browser, no apps, no logins, no sign-ups. Just tap the link or scan the QR and everything is right there on their phone.
Can I import my Airbnb or Booking.com listing?
Yes. Paste your public Airbnb or Booking.com listing link and we'll pull in the name, address, photos, and other published details, so you're not starting from a blank page. You stay in control and can review everything before publishing.
How long does it take to set up my first guide?
Most hosts finish in 10-15 minutes. Start from your Airbnb or Booking.com listing, review what was imported, add access codes, videos, and contacts, then share when you're ready. You can save and come back anytime.
How do guests actually receive the guide?
Two easy ways. Send the short link in your welcome message right after a booking is confirmed, or print the QR code and leave it on the entryway, kitchen counter, or fridge. Most hosts do both.
Can I update the guide after I've shared it?
Anytime. Change your Wi-Fi password, adjust a check-in detail, or add a new local favorite: every guest who opens the link after that sees the latest version instantly, with nothing to re-send.
Is my info private? Who can see my guide?
Each guide has a short, unguessable code. Only people you share it with can open it: there's no public directory and no search engine indexing. You can rotate the code anytime if you want a fresh one.
Can I use Airguide for more than one property?
Yes. Add as many properties as you manage: each gets its own guide, link, and QR code. Your edits stay per-property, so a Wi-Fi change in one guide doesn't touch the others.
Does it work with other platforms, not just Airbnb?
Absolutely. Airguide imports listings from Airbnb and Booking.com, and it also works for Vrbo, direct bookings, long-term rentals, or even a friend staying over. For those stays, you can start from scratch and build the guide at your own pace.
Can I personalize the look of my guide?
The layout is carefully designed so every guide reads great on a phone, but your cover photo, property name, welcome note, and local tips make each guide feel distinctly yours. More theming options are coming soon.
What happens if I change my Wi-Fi password or check-in time?
Update it in Airguide once, and every guest, current or future, sees the new value the next time they open the link. No need to message anyone or re-print QR codes.
Can I track if guests opened the guide?
Lightweight view stats per guide are on the roadmap, so you'll know when a guest has seen the arrival info. We'll never share guest data or require anything from them: just an anonymous count for you to track.
Does it work in other languages?
Yes. Write your guide in any language, and guests can translate it into 29 languages with one tap; no extra work from you, and no separate documents to keep in sync.
How is this different from a PDF or Google Doc?
PDFs are hard to read on a phone and go out of date the moment you change something. Airguide is built mobile-first, updates instantly for every guest, and organizes info by what they need at each moment: arrival, stay, checkout.
