Cookies and local storage
This page explains technologies stored on your device and how to control analytics and advertising.
1. Technologies
We use browser cookies and local storage for authentication, security, language, theme, interface operation, app installation and consent preferences.
2. Essential storage
Essential items enable Firebase login, security, navigation, requested preferences and service operation. They cannot be disabled in our manager because the service may not work without them. Browser deletion may sign you out or reset preferences.
3. Optional analytics
When accepted, PostHog measures pages, events, errors and session replays with text and inputs masked, and Google Tag Manager may load to measure pages and events. These tools may receive identifiers, IP, device and interactions. Neither loads before acceptance, and GTM tags must remain limited to the purposes described here.
4. Optional advertising
When accepted, the Meta pixel loads and sets its own cookies (_fbp and _fbc) to measure the results of our ads and build audiences. We also read the fbclid parameter from ad links. The pixel never loads on public guide pages you open as a guest. In addition, our server may send Meta a copy of the same conversions, including your email address in irreversible hashed form, so the two records can be matched and counted once. None of this happens before acceptance.
5. Embedded providers
YouTube uses privacy-enhanced mode and loads only after interaction. Stripe and Google may set their own technologies when you use checkout, authentication or their features, under their policies.
6. Choice and withdrawal
Accept or reject analytics and advertising equally easily and reopen preferences through the footer or button below. Changes affect future collection; deletion of previously received data may require a privacy request, including directly to Meta for data already sent to it.
