Import an Airbnb or Booking listing and create your guest guide faster
The most tedious part of building a digital guide is usually the part you've already done once: the property name, the address, and a good cover photo. If you already have an Airbnb or Booking listing, that information already exists. It just needs to be brought into the guide, not typed again. More platforms will be added soon.
How it works
On the new property screen, paste your Airbnb or Booking listing's public link. Airguide automatically imports:
- Property name
- Approximate address
- Cover photo and additional photos
- Summary description
- Amenities and house rules (mapped onto Airguide's catalog)
- Check-in and check-out times, when available on the listing
After importing, everything stays editable. The goal is to save you from starting from scratch, not lock down what you can change. Review what came in, adjust anything that needs it, and fill in what the listing doesn't cover, such as Wi-Fi, emergency contact, and local tips.
Why this matters
Anyone who's tried building a digital guide from scratch knows the administrative part slows down the start: getting the name right, checking the address, and choosing a photo that actually represents the place. Importing from an existing listing removes that initial friction and lets you focus on what only you know, like how the lock works, where the breaker box is, and which local restaurant is actually worth recommending.
Works for any active listing
If you manage more than one property, the same import flow works for each one. That speeds things up considerably when you're setting up several guides at once, whether for your own portfolio or for property management clients. Support for more platforms will be added soon.
