Digital guest guides for short-term rentals.

Airguide is a web application for Airbnb hosts, co-hosts and property managers who need one clear place for the information guests use before arrival, during a stay and at checkout. A published guide opens in any browser through a direct link or QR code.

Information guests can find without another message

A short-term rental usually accumulates the same questions: how to check in, where to park, which Wi-Fi network to use, when to check out, what the house rules are and where to find something nearby. Those answers often end up split between a booking-platform message, a PDF, a photo album and a host’s phone. Airguide gives each property a structured digital guest guide for those details. Hosts can add arrival instructions, Wi-Fi, amenities, house rules, local recommendations, maps, contact information and emergency guidance. The guide is designed for a phone because that is where guests look when they are outside the building, standing at the door or trying to find a local service.

For Airbnb hosts, co-hosts and property managers

Airguide is for people who manage the guest side of a vacation rental. An independent host can create a guide for one property. A co-host can keep the recurring details of a listing organized. A property manager can maintain separate guides as their portfolio grows. Guests do not create an Airguide account to read a published guide. They open the link or scan the QR code supplied by the host. The host remains responsible for the accuracy of every address, access instruction, house rule, local recommendation and contact they publish. That review matters most for safety information, entry details and anything that can change between stays.

Create, review, publish and share

Hosts can start a guest guide manually or use a supported Airbnb listing to prefill public property details. Imported information is a starting point, not a finished guide. Before publishing, the host can edit the content, add the practical details that only they know and decide which sections belong in the public version. A published guide has a stable link that can be sent before check-in, saved in a scheduled message or printed as a QR code in the property. When a lock code process, parking instruction or local recommendation changes, the host updates the guide instead of replacing a PDF or sending a correction to every guest. Airguide also supports translated guide content for travelers who prefer another language.
